SandN Real Estate Donates to Habitat for Humanity for Every Transaction They Close |

Because we are grateful to live in such a remarkable community and believe that giving back is one way to help our community continue to prosper,
SandN has committed to donating a portion of the proceeds from each transaction we close to Habitat for Humanity. We have been involved with the Manatee Countee affiliate for two years and feel like our goals are similar- Our mission is to help create auspicious communities by forming alliances with families, businesses, and employers. Manatee County Habitat for Humanity, an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, is a non-profit, ecumenical, Christian, volunteer-based organization dedicated to building simple low-cost homes by forming working partnerships with low-income families in desperate need of decent housing. HFH home ownership provides secure affordable housing to families who have met the criteria and been accepted into the Habitat program, that have been precariously sheltered in substandard, deteriorating overcrowded or unsafe rental units. Habitat unites neighborhood groups, corporations, local businesses and churches in a volunteer effort to achieve truly affordable home ownership for those in need. This year, Habitat for Humanity of Manatee County is celebrating their 15th year as a Habitat affiliate and will complete construction of their 100th home.
